I guess we’ll have to wait until next week for the motion to cancel the December 23rd and 30th meetings. If they can’t meet Thanksgiving week, should we expect them to meet Christmas or New years week?
Here’s the Manager’s and then the Council motions for this week, just curious but when did the Council start directing the financial management people who are in charge of investments on what to do? I didn’t realize we had a councilor so interested in directing investments. Where were they when Cox was burning through the 17 million in reserves? That should have been under their watchful eye, the hell with the fossil fuel investments.
Apparently I’m not the only one who thinks this Administration tends to focus chiefly on the heart of downtown. Councilor Samaras has a motion asking them to try and redevelop the old JDCU Building on upper Merrimack St.. My question is – Shouldn’t they know enough to do that on their own?
BTW No extra Trash allowed after Christmas unless you buy the purple bags. Nice try Councilor Rourke
