City hasn’t funded 2018 Budget. How can they promise they will fund Transportation?

The Lowell City Administration and City Council haven’t fully funded the 2017/2018 School Dept Budget. Tonight if they vote for Cawley they are pledging to fund $3.2 Million in Transportation cost.

The City is using reserves to fund the budget already. How is choosing the most costliest site to the taxpayers of Lowell fiscally sound in any way?

The School Dept is so concerned about funding this item is on tomorrow’s agenda
